Company Overview

The First Solid Group is an assembly of affiliated Companies involved in Ready-Mixed Concrete, Real Estate, Land Development, as well as other construction materials and services. The Main Plant, First Solid Builders Inc., with principal address at Paliparan I, Dasmarinas, Cavite, was formally established in January 1994. From a single company serving only the ready mixed concrete requirements of Extra Ordinary Development Corporation in Sta. Rosa, Laguna; First Solid was able to provide better services by expanding geographically to include strategic points of Central and Southern Luzon from Bulacan in the north up to the province of Quezon in the south. Plus, with all our ready mix concrete branches already certified by ISO 9001, our clients are assured of quality, efficiency and service. Further more, our RMC plants are supplied with own crushing plant in Rodriguez, Rizal and Sariaya, Quezon ensuring uninterrupted operation even during large orders. With the recent entry into the real estate business, our group is now covering a larger part of the construction industry.
